What I do.
I support people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or simply ready for more — helping you quiet the noise in your mind, reconnect with what truly matters and step into a life you feel aligned with. Through coaching, I guide you to:
Shift from reactivity into clarity and calm
Re-build confidence and trust in your inner voice
Develop practical habits and rhythms that sustain wellbeing (not just for a day or week, but for life)
Create meaningful change, from the inside-out, so you feel more at ease in your skin, more engaged in your world, and more connected to your purpose
My approach is warm, grounded and results-oriented — working with you as the whole person you are (mind, body, spirit). If you’re ready to live with intention rather than default, I’ll walk alongside you until the new becomes your lived reality.
Who I am.
I’m Tasha Marath — a Level 4 Clinical Counsellor (M.A.), Physical Education & Sciences Teacher (Bach), Life Coach (Dip), with additional certifications in CBTI, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and ADHD Coaching. I use a hybrid of evidence-based counselling and coaching, drawing on both depth and practicality — because real change needs both.
I’m also married and a mother of three, so I intimately understand the juggle — career, advanced study, identity shifts, self-worth, relationships, roles, self-care, autonomy… and the quiet pressure to hold it all together. I don’t approach this work from theory — I live it too.
Across my years of teaching, counselling and coaching both adolescents and adults, I’ve seen how an overactive mind and unresolved patterns can quietly drain joy, confidence and clarity. But I’ve also seen how the right tools — paired with genuine support — can restore direction, hope and self-trust.
My approach is grounded, accessible and human. I bring structure when you need it, stillness when you crave it, and encouragement when you’re ready to step forward. I’ll hold space for the messy middle, ask thoughtful questions, and walk alongside you until things start to feel lighter — and more like you.

Thera-Coaching Sessions
Thera-Coaching is the opportunity to achieve a certain result and deeper training.
Start Session - we clarify where you want to focus and why. I help you understand where you are now, and where you want to go, including any obstacles that are in your way. We create a completely customised program for you.
The following 5 sessions will take you through the process of getting traction, generating motivation, teaching you exactly what you need to know and making sure you have the accountability to get it done. One to one coaching can be the difference you need to get the exact results you want.

CBT-I: Restoring Balance Through Better Sleep
At TM Total Mind, CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia) offers a gentle, evidence-based approach to improving sleep — naturally. Rather than relying on medication, CBT-I helps you explore the thoughts, emotions, and routines that may be disrupting your rest.
Through practical tools and guided strategies, you’ll learn how to calm an active mind, re-establish a healthy sleep rhythm, and rebuild confidence in your ability to sleep well. CBT-I supports you in finding balance — helping you wake feeling clearer, calmer, and more refreshed.
